El Centro de Operaciones de Emergencias (COE) anunció la noche de este domingo que mantiene todas las provincias en alertas ante el impacto de Grace, tormenta que se degradó en depresión tropical.
El director de la entidad, Juan Manuel Méndez, explicó que aunque la tormenta bajó de categoría es muy importante no “descuidarse”, porque aportará muchas lluvias sobre el territorio nacional.
A esto se le suma la saturación de los suelos que tiene la República Dominicana debido al paso hace unos día de la tormenta tropical Fred, lo que indica podría provocar inundaciones en diferentes zonas del territorio nacional.
