SANTO DOMINGO: El presidente Danilo Medina anunció que el gobierno de la República Dominicana financiará el costo de la prueba PCR de miles de dominicanos en laboratorios privados autorizados, para la confirmación del Covid-19. Informó que se cubrirán las pruebas para todas aquellas personas que cuenten con prescripción médica y tengan 59 años o más y alguna condición de salud considerada de riesgo como: diabetes, hipertensión, cáncer, enfermedades respiratorias, insuficiencia renal entre otras.
