El presidente de Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, no participará en la Cumbre Iberoamericana de Jefes y Jefas de Estado y de Gobierno que inicia este viernes en República Dominicana y, en su lugar, viajará la vicepresidenta ejecutiva, Delcy Rodríguez.
Maduro no estará en Santo Domingo, donde las distintas delegaciones abordarán una serie de retos que afronta la región, como la crisis climática, la seguridad alimentaria o los pasos a tomar hacia un sistema financiero internacional más justo, flexible e inclusivo.
