La NASA anunció este lunes los nombres de cuatro astronautas que viajarán alrededor de la Luna a fines de 2024 en la misión Artemis II, en la antesala de un ambicioso proyecto para que humanos vuelvan a pisar este satélite después de medio siglo.
Los miembros de la tripulación de la Artemis II son Reid Wiseman (comandante), Victor Glover (piloto), el miembro de la agencia canadiense espacial Jeremy Hansen y Christina Koch, ambos especialistas de la misión.
La estadounidense NASA y la Agencia Espacial Canadiense (CSA) hizo el anuncio en un evento que comenzó a las 10 (hora local 15 GMT) en el Centro Espacial Johnson de Houston, Texas, en el sur de Estados Unidos.
