Al menos 204 presuntos criminales y familiares han sido asesinados en los últimos tres meses como parte del movimiento “Bwa Kale”, detalla un informe del Centro de Análisis e Investigación en Derechos Humanos de Haití (CARDH).
De acuerdo al informe, el 77%, o sea 155, fueron abatidos en el Departamento del Oeste (département de l’Ouest, en francés), mientras que en el departamento Artibonito está en segundo lugar con 24 muertes y Grand’Anse ocupa el tercer lugar con 12 muertos.
El informe recopila datos desde el 24 de abril hasta este sábado 24 de junio. Asimismo, de acuerdo con el informe citado, estas ejecuciones ocurrieron fines de venganza, de acuerdo con el medio haitiano “Juno7”
“Aliándose con policías y otros desconocidos, la gente habría utilizado este movimiento para saldar cuentas con terceros en relación a conflictos previos de diversa índole”, indica el informe, informa el medio.
