COLOMBIA: Se trata del ex militar del ejército venezolano Cliver Alcalá acusado en esta semana de narcotráfico por los Estados Unidos. El ex general se entregó a la DEA en la ciudad costera de Barranquilla. Este había huido de Venezuela hacia territorio colombiano después de un intento de golpe de estado fallido a Nicolás Maduro. Alcalá declara haber recibido orden del fallecido líder Hugo Chávez para que junto a miembros de las FARC inundara a los Estados Unidos de drogas.
