República Dominicana. – La poca vigilancia que hay en las escuelas públicas del país ha quedado de manifiesto en los últimos hechos violentos que se han presentado en distintos centros educativos del territorio nacional.
Y es que, de acuerdo al estudio “Estado de la Educación Dominicana”, el 73% de las escuelas públicas de la República Dominicana no cuenta con un policía escolar. El 10% de los centros no tiene porteros y el 28% no tiene guardián nocturno.
Las deficiencias e ineficiencias en los procesos de gestión del Ministerio de Educación de la República Dominicana (MINERD) en términos del manejo de los recursos humanos, recursos financieros y de planificación tienen un efecto negativo directo en los niveles de eficiencia que pueden alcanzar los centros educativos y, en consecuencia, en la calidad de la gestión áulica que llevan a cabo los docentes, lo cual impacta directamente la calidad de la experiencia enseñanza-aprendizaje con los estudiantes en el ambiente escolar, agrega el informe.
La ausencia de seguridad en las escuelas facilita la ocurrencia de actos violentos en los planteles escolares. Mientras, el MINERD y la Asociación Dominicana de Profesores (ADP) libran una batalla campal, veamos quien la gana.
