El jefe de sicarios del cártel de Jalisco ´´Nueva Generación, José Armando B´´, alias El Vaca, fue arrestado junto a cuatro de sus compañeros en allanamientos hechos por la alcaldía de Tlahuac. El Vaca está señalado como el autor intelectual del atentado contra Omar García Harfuch, Secretario de Seguridad Ciudadana. Según la policía El Vaca fue quien reclutó los hombres que participaron en el atentado. Entre los detenidos hay dos mujeres.
