La visita de estado del rey Carlos a París se aplazó debido a huelgas y protestas masivas, informó la oficina del presidente francés.
El rey tenía planeado llegar a Francia el domingo en su primera visita de Estado como monarca, antes de dirigirse a Alemania el miércoles.
A través de un comunicado, el Palacio del Elíseo informó que la decisión de posponer la visita fue tomada por los gobiernos francés y británico luego de una conversación telefónica entre Emmanuel Macron y Charles el viernes por la mañana después de las protestas masivas contra el gobierno francés.
