República Dominicana asumió ayer la Presidencia del Consejo Permanente de la Organización de Estados Americanos (OEA) para los próximos tres meses.
Josué Fiallo, el representante permanente de República Dominicana ante la OEA y quien liderará el Consejo en el trimestre de octubre-diciembre de este año bajo la supervisión del ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, Roberto Álvarez, expresó que recibió la presidencia con «humildad y compromiso».
