SANTO DOMINGO. La Organización de Estados Americanos (OEA) informó que el análisis hecho a los equipos de la Junta Central Electoral no encontró ataque externos o intento de fraude en las fracasadas elecciones del pasado 16 de febrero. Atribuye el fracaso a la mala gestión del área informática.
