La participación de los Gigantes del Cibao en el campeonato de béisbol otoño invernal de 2020-2021 ha quedado suspendida hasta el lunes por disposición del Ministerio de Salud Pública y Asistencia Social, que aplicó el protocolo general de salud implementado por la Liga de Béisbol Profesional de República Dominicana (Lidom) a raíz de varios casos de Covid-19 en esta franquicia.
